 - These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at NVBux. As a registered user at NVBux, you have confirmed you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
- We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
- You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
- Inactive accounts are removed after 90 days. Activity is measured by clicking, not simply logging in. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.
- You are required to provide a valid email address upon registering.
- It has to be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
- Your upline cannot be changed.
- All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
- We guarantee member visits to our advertisers. If you purchase an ad with country targeting and you're not gaining any hits, we will refund you to your purchase balance. You'll then have the chance to attempt the advertisement again targeting more/all countries.
- We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
- Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view it. If you forget your password you will be sent one automatically. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility; including payout requests. Keep your information secure.
- Your email address will never be given out or sold to anyone.
- Accounts are not transferable.
- NVBux will not make any changes to user accounts based upon member requests.
- Users using false information when registering risk having their account suspended.
- The name on your payment processor must match the name on your NVBux account to receive payment.
- You may refer as many people as you want.
- Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
- You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service to sell you referrals, or make offers to your referrals for joining the site or staying active.
- You can only purchase referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership.
- You must be active at least one day before you receive referral clicks the next day. For instance, if you join today and gain referrals today, you will not earn referral clicks until tomorrow (assuming you are active today).
- Each attempt, in any way, to hack the system will result in immediate IP blacklisting. There will be no warning nor discussion regarding the matter. Cheating is 100% not tolerated.
- We are not responsible for payments requested using wrong emails. Make sure to enter the correct payment information at the time you request payment.
- Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
- The minimum payout is $10 for Free members and $1 for Premium members.
- We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, have adult or illegal content, contain racism, etc. Advertisements purchased that contain these things will be removed and will not receive refund.
- We have the right to suspend your account (site/forum) at any time for any valid reason. Account earnings and referrals will be lost. Reasons include: misuse of the system, violation to the terms of service, cheating, fraudulent activity, accusations, threats, intimidation, misconduct, disruptive behavior, and any disrespect against NVBux or its members. Suspended accounts will receive no refunds.
- Advertising in the NVBux forum is prohibited. This includes the use of signatures, banners for other sites, attempts to gain referrals, offering money or exchanges of any kind.
- Any advertisement displayed on this site for products/services outside our network are not related to NVBux.
- NVBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to its program and therefore beyond our control [i.e. payment processor outages/delays].
- NVBux reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time without notice. See news section in forum for updates.
